Because every frame is crafted specifically for you, our return policy reflects the custom nature of our products. We stand behind our quality and will make it right if something goes wrong on our end.
Made-to-Order Items
All products from Customizer Frames are custom-manufactured to your specifications. As such, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind after production has begun
- Errors in design details submitted by the customer (wrong text, image quality, incorrect size selected)
- Minor colour variations due to screen-to-print differences
When We'll Refund You
We fully honour refunds or replacements in the following situations:
- Product arrives damaged or broken due to shipping
- Manufacturing defect (wrong size, incorrect print, structural fault)
- Order not delivered within the promised timeframe (excluding delays caused by customer unavailability)
- Wrong product received
