Customizer Frames provides an online platform for designing, customizing, and purchasing personalized picture frames, photo frames, and related products. All custom products are made-to-order based on your specifications.

Purchasing Terms

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

  • Prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes
  • Payment must be completed in full before production begins
  • Order cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placement only, as production starts promptly
  • We are not responsible for errors in customization details (text, images, sizes) provided by you

Custom orders are final once production begins. Please review your design proof carefully before approving.

Your Obligations

When using our platform and customization tools, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete order and contact information
  • Upload only images and content you own or have rights to use
  • Not upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content
  • Keep your account credentials confidential and secure
  • Not use the platform to infringe any third-party intellectual property rights

Liability Limits

Customizer Frames shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
