Shipping Policy
We take great care in packaging your custom frames to ensure they arrive safely. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process and timelines.
Production & Dispatch
All frames are made-to-order. Standard processing time before dispatch is 3–5 business days. Complex or bulk orders may require additional time; you will be notified at checkout or via email.
- Orders placed before 12 PM IST on business days are processed the same day
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day
- You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details
How We Pack Your Frames
Each frame is individually wrapped in bubble wrap, secured in foam corner protectors, and placed in a rigid double-wall cardboard box. Fragile stickers and handling instructions are applied to every package.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the outer packaging before opening and contact us immediately. This helps us file a claim with the courier.

- Flat ₹79 shipping for orders below ₹999
- International shipping charges calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
